Went zero to one in 3 months to debut Creative Cloud's first cross-app agentic orchestrator at Adobe MAX 2025. This one is still evolving and can't share all the details publicly yet so contact me for more.

Impact

Led app framework and AI behavior design, including:

• Creative Cloud's first cross-app agentic orchestrator, breaking down 20+ years of siloed product barriers to help creatives focus more on what they love and less on the asset management, batch actions, and tool barriers they don't.
• Patent pending dynamic, interactive artifact patterns designed to return hands-on creative control to creative professionals, shaping agentic design across products.
• Identified gap between design intent and application in system prompts and led design on agentic behavior with cross-functional partners to build key design & user differentiators into AI evals system.
• Unblocked design team at project kickoff by initiating opportunity identification framework which helped position design as a strategic partner, leading to multiple workshops I led to align on key open questions with cross-functional executive stakeholders.
